We want you to be happy with your purachse. If there’s ever a technical issue with a file (such as a corrupted download or a rendering error), we'll get that fixed ASAP.

However, Because these are digital audio products, we can’t accept general returns or “change of mind” refunds. Once the files have been delivered, they can’t be “returned.”

Q: How will I receive my files?

All purchases are delivered instantly via email with a download link. You’ll also see a confirmation page with the link right after checkout.

Q: What format are the textures in?

Our textures are delivered as high-quality WAV files, ready for use in Ableton Live, MainStage, or any DAW/sampler that supports WAV, or even just played as is on a general audio player.

Q: Do I need Ableton or MainStage to use them?

No -  they work with any software, audio player, or hardware that can play WAV files. Ableton and MainStage templates are just an extra convenience.

Q: Can I use these sounds in live streaming or recordings?

Yes. Once purchased, you have a license to use them in your worship sets, recordings, and live streams. You can’t resell or redistribute the files themselves.

Q: Can I share my purchase with my friends or team?

We love that you want to use these textures in your church or production - that’s exactly what they’re for. But please don’t share the files outside of your own use. Each purchase is a personal license, and anyone who wants their own copy needs to buy one. This keeps things fair, supports future releases, and helps us keep making more. It’s a trust-based model. Jesus is watching. 😉
